ALAMOSA – The seventh-ranked Alamosa High School girls soccer team suffered its first loss of the season on Friday as it was defeated by Pueblo Centennial, 3-1, at AHS Stadium.
Leah Higareda scored the Lady Mean Moose’s only goal, while Lexany Heredia had the assist.
No statistics were available for goalkeeper Emily Tibbits.
Alamosa (10-1-2) will host a Class 3A state tournament game on Thursday beginning at 5 p.m. The state brackets will be seeded on Sunday.
