DEL NORTE — The Rio Grande Hospital Wellness Center is offering a free nutrition and cooking class on Thursday, March 20 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
The class will include ways to save money by storing food and using what you already have on hand.
The family kitchen segment will give you ideas on how to get the whole family involved in the kitchen and how to create healthy snacks and meals.
