ALAMOSA — Early Wedneday morning, Jan. 14, Alamosa School District Superintendent Diana Jones informed the public that the Alamosa High School had received a bomb threat which school officials "believe to be a hoax call."
All AHS students were being evacuated to Ortega Middle School where reunification will take place. Parents are instructed to head to the front office.
Jones further stated that there was no information about any other threats at any of the other schools. Schools have been placed on SECURE status to ensure a secure perimeter.
