Conejos County Sheriff report for Oct. 7, 2020

CONEJOS — Following is a list of arrests as compiled by the Conejos County Sheriff. Persons listed are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:


• Floyd Halliburton, 42, listed a homeless, booked Sept. 20 for failure to appear.
• Shennae D. Jaramillo, 31, La Jara, booked Sept. 23 for failure to appear on a traffic offense/.
• Mike Quintana, 20, Romeo, booked Sept. 23 for failure to appear.
• Kimberly Lopez, 33, La Jara, booked Sept. 23 for possession of burglary tools and attempt to commit.
• Terry Medina, 44, San Luis, booked Sept. 24 for failure to comply.
• Dominic Valdeaz, 41, La Jara Sentenced to 10 days Sept. 26.
• Kevin Ceron, 31, Antonito, Booked Sept. 27 for driving a motor vehicle when license under restraint(denied), owner operated uninsured motor vehicle on public roadway and violation of a protection order.
• Rochelle Quintana, 24, Sanford, was booked for signal lamps/device not meeting requirements, criminal impersonation and failure to present proof of insurance upon request.
• Dana Vigil, 36, Antonito, 36 Antonito booked Sept. 28 for DUI and driving under revocation.
• Ian Jacquez, 36, San Acacio, arrested Sept. 30 on suspicion of stalking, harassment and third-degree trespassing.
• Jon Morris, 35, Antonito, booked Sept. 30 for failure to comply
• Jolene Ruybal, 43, Antonito, booked Oct. 1 for failure to comply
• Daniel Mascarenas, 45, Alamosa, booked Oct. 3 for a parole warrant for fugitive of justice and an FOJ warrant out of Alamosa County.
