COSTILLA COUNTY--A 58-year-old San Luis woman became the San Luis Valley's latest traffic fatality March 15.

Summitville watershed still a problem

SUMMITVILLE -- Nearly 30 years after a mining company let cyanide waste pollute nearby waters, the Environmental Protection Administration the U.S Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is still working on the problem.
